Hi All,
Does anyone know
when can I apply for ILR.
My current WP expiring in July 30 (after 5 years), I can submit ILR after 1st July.
Can I book an appointment now or in April?
Please advice as there is no gurantee for HO appointments later on.
Thanks

To be more specific not before 42 days as state at the booking section but still you would not be able to find any appointments within 42 days range. The best is to look for it like every day, every hour 42 days before and you might be able to find an appointment you want.

You
may apply for
ILR no sooner than 28 days prior to the 5th anniversary of your initial [arrival date or (entry clearance date, if you arrived within
3 months) or FLR date as a work permit holder] AND before your leave expires.

Hi Vinny
Say my visa for 5 years work permit was issued on 9 April 2008 and valid until 8 April 2013. I have booked premium service for 12 March, is it fine or 1 day too early? bit confused and worried now.
Thank you for your kind help in advance
