i am hearing mixed responses from my friends; so thought to get ur views.
I have been in UK under HSMP/Tier1 for 5 years. One particular year i had a break of 164 days.
I was told by somebody in this forum that there has been few cases where candidates ILR has been refused at Solihull PEO office despite after the rules changed since post Dec-13th . So i am bit nervous...
Would you suggest me to apply for ILR or apply for Tier-1 extension?
