ILR Success at Croydon PEO

Post by kathir752907 » Tue Mar 05, 2013 12:57 pm

I have got my ILR approved yesterday at Croydon. I would like to thank everyone as i have been reading this forum for a while and have got my queries answered.

I have applied through: HSMP+ Tier 1 category with 4 dependants

Documents:
Passports, existing BRP cards
Letter from employer
12 months payslips
2 years P60s (though caseworker asked for 5 years p60)
12 months bank statements
Bank statements, NHS letter, NI letter & Election registration letter (co-habitation documents)
Life in UK Test Result

Entered PEO at 7:45 for 8:00 appointment (struck in traffic for about 45 minutes between M26 & M25 so leave plenty of time ahead if you drive)
Security checks cleared at 7:50 and token provided
Payment taken at 8:00
Passport, photograph & application checks done at 8:30
Biometric enrolment completed at 10:00 (Took a while as it was difficult to make my kids sit towards the camera)
Caseworker told that it will take 2 hours for processing and i was called around 12:30 with the good news.

Carry some story books/toys to occupy your kids during this time as we had some tough time to manage them y'day.

Thanks again,
Kathir

Yes, he asked me for 5 years P60 , itold him that i wasn't aware that 5 Year P60 is mandatory for tier 1 category but he said he'll do the processing with the documents provided. Later i was told by an agency that the caseworker is a junior so he may not know about P60 requirement.

ah thanks for clarify this mate,
i am going to apply my SET(O) tomorrow. so far i know know is P60 is not a mandatory , but for safer side i will provide just 3 yrs of P60 s anyhow HMRC and UKBA are link together , so UKBA can access the HMRC systems .so nothing to wary. thanks

If CW ask for the P60 give. If it is not mandatory why do you want to give.
