Urgent help needed regarding new born baby application form

Hello Seniors,
I am applying for tier 1general extension with my wife and new born baby (born last month) in 3 days time by post. I really don't know what
to fill in section K (immigration history) on dependant application form as she has just born there is no empty box to put not applicable only yes or no in between K 1 to K 10. Please help me out. Thanks in advance.
