What if somebody is running a private business (for example the author of this thead's Uncle). And his uncle has a current bank account associated with his business and also under his proprietorship.
My brother has his bank account titled as below:
Example:
ABC Autos, Proprietor: XYZ
A/c No. 012345678
Branch Code: 2020
And UKBA's Document 2 template in policy guidance it is mentioned as:
I [name] represent [corporate body] which has £ (please give amount in pounds sterling) and will
make it available to [name of applicant] or the business they run in the United Kingdom.
Let put it my brother's details in above paragraph:
I
XYZ represent
ABC Autos, which has 10,000,000 in Indian Rupees and will make it available to
tuliprose to invest in a business in United Kingdom.
I think, you must provide an evidence to link between third party and his bank account.
Actually, couple of my friends had applied through £200,000 route arranging funds from third party, exactly following above format letters and got their visas from abroad.
Please discuss.
