You should get it by early next week, HMRC letter. If you receive the letter before applying, then you can formulate your ideas/reasoning accordingly.
If not then you will have to take it as it comes
Is it possible to apply for student visa again if ILR rejected (touch wood this is not gonna happen)?
Only need another 3 months to apply for ILR based on 10 years.

Book a Solihull appointment as soon as possible.
On your second job were you paid weekly or monthly? Were their any payslips involved?

The weekend job was paid by bank transfer, was paying tax but there was tax owed as HMRC got the wrong tax code. Did call them in 2007 to change the tax code (I swear it was true!) however for some reason they did not change it and now paying back by installments but not fully cleared yet. Shall I pay them off now?
It's totally different kind of job, the weekend one is just a cashier's job I started when I first came here.
Would CW check posts here??? I am afraid too much personal information given
Don't get too tensed. How come, you decided to disclose every thing now?? This is what I advised you to do. How is CW going to remember it was you, except only Gagan. All the very best with your PEO appointment. Please post your Experience.

If the letter arrives early next week it would be before the appointment. HMRC people told me it would take up to 14 working days.
Is there anything I could do if the weekend job is on the history? Could not see any excuses
Can't you request your Employment History to be faxed to your Office??

Thanks a lot mate!
I am not saying anything about the weekend job as the payslips from several years ago would not be required I suppose. I don't keep them anyway.
However if they phone up HMRC for employment history and unfortunately HMRC provides them with the details of my weekend job, I would have no excuse
Don't really know what to do if got rejected.
Will post my experience whatever the outcome is as a thank you for all the help I get from this forum!

Not really as I don't want my employer/colleague see the fax!
