Switching employers on Tier 2 ICT

i cam currently on Tier 2 ict long-term, first time issued in Aug 2012
i've been in the uk for 6 months and im looking to switch jobs

is this possible?

really appreicate all the help i can get

No.
You would have to apply for entry clearance. Additionally, you would have to serve a 12 month cooling off period outside the UK before you would be issued with entry clearance.

No.
