Can I get the achievement points? please.........

I tool part in a national conference and had a press article.
I am one of the owner of three intellectual property rights .
The project I worked for is the national supported project.

Can I get 15 points?

there is no harm in claiming for the points. If they feel that it is some significant atchivement you will get what you claimed for or else 0. If you can arrive at 65 pts without sig. atchivement points, then you can go ahead with your appl.

YES. I am sure you can.
But you have to produce THREE evidences (Supporting documents) for each conf paper or IP rights.
