Hi All

does an employer letter is required for ILR- SET(O) application work-permit holders regrading absences only 79 days in total of five year period ??

thanx for reply Gagan1986. those absences was only for family visit then for marriage only. not for employment puposes etc..
what will be the outcome as i have submitted the ilr application around 2 weeks beore without. as per my knowledge its only for tier 1 or tier 2 as states in the section 6 question 6.2 in SET(O) form..

Just get a generic letter from your employer that all absences stated on the application form were authorised paid annual leave. That will suffice

Depends on CW's discretion. Some times they might ask for the letter. Good if you can keep it ready.

Would you plz gudie me shall i take the letter from the employer beforhand or when if caseworker ask us for the same. if i take it now and if they ask me say after 2 months as i have just submitted my application only 2 weeks before wil it be still valid if employer issed it 2 months before or .. ??

You can have a look a Sticky's template above your post. O.K wait till the case worker requests for the letter. In the mean time prepare the details of the absences and keep.
