New SOC 2010 (25th percentile confusion)

Can some please explain with an example of what is 25th percentile for experiance workers.

You can only apply 28 days before expiry date so the answer is NO.

I too believe its included in the experienced salary however they haven't mentioned this anywhere. We need to wait till April to find out about the exact meaning of this.

an e.g if sal is 30k per annum and when you extend T2 the sal needs to be 37.5k pa

I read some documents they said 28 days is for ILR, for others maybe 3 months
