when will i get my BRP

HI,

MY TIER1(G) EXTENSION WAS APPROVED ON 25TH OF FEB 2013 AFTER 7 MONTHS AND 5 DAYS . RECEIVED MY PASSPORTS BACK ON 28TH FAB.ON 1ST OF MARCH I RECEIVED BRP FOR MY 3 DAUGHTERS I FEEL LUCKY AND BOOKED MY TICKETS TO BACK HOME AS MY FATHER IN LAW PASSED RECENTLY AND MY WIFE WAS DESPERATELY WANTED TO MEET HER FAMILY AS IT WAS BIG SHOCK FOR HER.WE BOOKED OUR FLIGHT FOR 17TH MARCH AS I ALLOWED 10 WORKING DAYS FOR MY AND MY MRS BRP.
AND TODAY IS 15TH OF MARCH AND WE STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED OUR BRP.
I E-MAILED TO BRP DELIVERY I CALLED TO HOME OFFICE BUT NO OUT COME..

CAN ANY ONE HELP ME OUT AND ADVISE ME WHAT TO DO ? AS ITS VERY STRESS FULL SITUATION FOR ME

Ring DX secure....they are the ones who deliver the brp..google dx secure you will get their number

I already call them so many times but they said there is nothing pending on my name.

Can you not let your wife travel along with daughters while you wait in UK for the arrival of BRP. Once all the BRPs come, you travel to your home country and come back along with your family.

I called Dx this morning n they said they have post on my name but they will deliver it on monday..Big Thanks to God he Helped us Out.it was all very stress full time period..thnxx every one here who tried to help us...

There you are added stress for nothing, make sure you leave photo Id I.e. driving licence with someone if you're not going to be in.
