Visitor Visa Appeal

Hi Guys,

Need some advise for my mothers Visitor's visa appeal which is due on 25th April 2013. I know its been a very short time but didnt thought of anything else then get the help from immigrationboards.com

Now the story is in 2006 I applied for my widow mother for settlement visa and was obviously it was rejected and then I went to appeal and lost appeal too.

In 2010 I applied for Visitors visa again as my wife was pregnant and we wanted that my mother would join us to welcome her first grand child. Again It was rejected saying her intention is to overstay because she has previously applied for settlement visa.

In 2012 my uncle sponcered again for visitors visa as we were about to hold an riligious ritiuals here in UK where we wanted her to attend the funtion as give the blessings being the eldest in our family. Now thats rejected to and we have appeal on 25th.
