need urgent help

hi ,
i have same day appointment coming on 25th march and my visa is going to expire on 20th April
1) is this all right that i am applying about 27 days before my visa expire .will i get my new visa after 20th April ?

2)my second question is about filling the application form in education section Qualifications Assessment .
i did my master degree from universidad del golfo ( MSc systems ).
that time i have provided my course completion letter from college and also my transcript . that time i have given 35 points .
my initial application was send on 20 may 2010 .

i am confused how to fill that section .
will great full if some one help me in this

little confused i already got 35 points in my first application that was submited on 20 may 2010 .
can any one help me in filling these sections

For ur first question, yes u r in the 28days range, so shouldn't be a problem.
For H1 u'll need to fill in details of the university from where u did ur degree.
For H2, if ur qualification exists on points based calculator then select first option. That should depend how u applied for the initial application.
For H3, as ur application was after 6 April, 2010, select Masters degree, worth 35points from the second set:

All other applications for leave to remain
PhD 45 points Masters
degree
35 points Bachelors
degree*
30 points

For H4, just tick the last option

Evidence previously provided with your initial Tier 1 (General) application

You need to fill all of them...
on H4, select the 4th option if the qualification documents already submitted in previous application...
