Time Line for PR Visa after Medicals

The Story of our Immgration Initiative to Canada is as follows:

Applied for immigration in May 2001.
Interview in Nov'06.
Medical papers sent in Dec'06.
Medicals completed in Jan'07
Passports sent to the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi in Feb'07.

We have not heard from them as yet on the status of our visa....Does anyone know the time frame? E-CAS still shows as "In Process"
