ILR and PEO appointment date check

Post by butterfly33 » Sat Mar 16, 2013 5:44 pm

My partner was granted Further leave to remain on 11 May 2011.

We have booked a PEO appointment for ILR in Croydon for 24 April. Would this be right?

Was your partner granted a spouse/civil p visa aka flr(m)? If so you can apply within 28 days of the visa expiry date.

xyz111 - We had problems applying for a date on Thursday night between 9pm and 1am. Kept saying there are no available appointments. On my way to work at 4.45am on Friday morning, I tried again and it went through. Might be worth trying early morning.

Thanks D4109125 - Partner was granted leave to remain for 2 years based on relationship with British citizen using flr(m). Is the appointment date within the required period? I keep worrying we have done it wrong.
