'no recourse to public funds' = can we use NHS?

Post by niomi » Sat Mar 16, 2013 11:04 am

Are Tier 1 entrepreneurs OK to continue using NHS?

I'm still not quite clear after reading this http://ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/visas-imm ... blicfunds/ but it seems like it is NOT considered public funds -- so are we still entitled to it after receiving our entrepreneur visa?

Thanks!

Do you see NHS on that list?

In my opinion using NHS is not included in claiming public funds.

NHS treatment
AND
State Funded Schooling

Both are NOT included in public funds.
