Hmrc question !!

I got a letter from Hmrc that I underpaid tax for period 2010/2011 and they said they will change my tax code next year so they can get their money back would that effect my BC because I am due to apply in the next 2 months thx !!

that's pretty normal process - HMRC adjusts tax code to recover any underpayment. Nothing to worry from a naturalisation perspective.
