April2006 to March2007 - Without P60 - Apply April 1st week?

Hi Guys,

If I apply during April 2007 ( first week) and claim for earning points between April2006 to March2007,
I wont be having P60 as my employer provides it only at the end of April or starting of May.

So, can I apply without P60 claiming as exceptional case ?

hi,

would highly advise u wait till u get ur P60 from ur employer cos the P60 is the main document for earnings and since the tax year will be comin to an end soon with the P60 normally issued after April, u cant tell the caseworker u dont have a P60, thats just a good excuse for the caseworker to refuse ASAP.

Wait couple of weeks till u get ur P60 and make sure u have all ur payslips, letter from employer & bank statement showing ur salary been paid into it so u'll know the caseworker will not refuse ur application based on earnings.....i submitted all the 4 docs wen i applied for mine back in jan 2007 and got approved 3weeks later.
