Lodgging appeal away from the UK

Post by Ranim » Wed Feb 06, 2013 12:55 pm

Hi
My husband has applied for spouse visa from Islamabad during first week of January, the outcome is expected somewhere in April (i.e. three months or over) but I’ll be away from the UK for five weeks between April-May. I’m worried Just in case my husband gets an appeal while I’m away from the UK, how would I lodge the appeal? As I understand it has to be made from within the UK by the sponsor. Can anyone shed some light on this please?
I’ll much appreciate your response as always

Just complete teh appeal form and attach any additional document and send it by post to IAT in UK. You may be able to do it online from certain countries

If your husband disclose everything in his new application then there are chances that he will get spouse visa hopefully in March.

@ ajmal
Many thanks. Yes we disclosed everything and along with all basic required documents also submitted loads of support letters from my employer(University) saying they need my services and support my husband's visa application. Does this count towards any impression on HO?

Hi
Just wanted to share my husband has got spouse visa today. We applied on 10 Jan 2013, Islamabad. He declared immigration history in application and sponsor documents included several support letters from my employer(university) apart from the routine documentation.

Many thanks to forum for all helpful insights and please let me know if I could be of any help
