Post by aa1112 » Tue Mar 19, 2013 9:36 pm

Hi,
I got my British passport and my wife has her ILR.she is due to apply for her passport this month. My son was born in India and he has got a visa(FLR(M) Dependant) valid until feb 2014.Can I apply for his registration directly along with my wife or he need to get his ILR first.

Does any one got sucesses, applying mn1 form for kid born outside uk without ILR visa...........as chapter 9 imm.rule 9.17.24 say u can if one or both parent are BC

Thanks in advance

I think that ILR is preferable.
