my wife is on three years dependent visa.in sept i am applying for ILR.if i get ILR ,DO i need to apply again for my wife as ILR dependent visa.

you can include her as well in you application if she is eligible.
Elegibility depdents on what her her current visa ? whcih route are you getting ILR(5 year ot 10 year)? when she got depedent visa?

Thanks for reply,i am applying on 10 years route.so do i need to change my dependent visa as well. 10 years ILR process time line is longer and my dependent may go back to country for visit, so i cannt hold her passport with my one
