Mùltiple appointment at different PEO in two consecutive day

Post by dks100 » Tue Mar 19, 2013 7:35 pm

Hi,

I am planning to have first appointment at Solihull with my dependent and another appointment next day only for me at Cryoden. This due to my case is not straight foreword.

Can any one suggest, if there is any issue on booking the appointment on consecutive day for same purpose at different PEO.

Also can you suggest your view about Shefield PEO for the followings;

Is Shefield PEO bigger than Solihull in terms of dealing complex cases or they simply ask you to apply at Cryoden ?

Do the Shefield PEO have SCW / HCW available to deal with complex cases ?

Many Thanks
DKS

There is no problem in appointment booking however it seems unfair to hold multiples when people are struggling to find one but as you have genuine reason and fear some issues so you will be ok unless UKBA notices it and cancel it themselves as there are examples where they have done so

never been to Sheffield, only have seen Solihull which is very small as compare to Croydon, every office has experienced case worker to deal with complex cases so you should be fine, I never heard of any office saying that case is complex so go to other office, if it needs consideration then they will hold your case

What is complexity in your case, if you like to share????

Thankyou for your response Ali_asad_pk. I agree with your view about appointment but I do not want to risk £5K unless I am very sure and hence want to risk only for main applicant.

In one of the year 2009-10 my absence from UK is 194 days. I tried my all possibiity for splittiing but did not worked as I have 179 absence in 2008-09. Excess of 14 days due to compelling or compassionate reason when my sister had head injury and next day when I back to Uk she expired.

I came to Uk on WP in 2006 and went back India in Jan 2009 and had 2 - 3 visit till Nov 09 when I started another job in Uk. Before that I was working for Indian co and was on assignment in Uk. I got my T1G in nov 08. I had one absence (> 90 days) of 104 days in 2009. If I can not get ILR this June then as per 180 days rule it would be next year July. Next year my daughter is turning 18 and will be going to univ and other reasons I must get ILR This year.

To maintain the 180 day I have 2 specific days in June to apply and hence looking for two appointments at two different location.

With the current trend it looks like one can get appointment without dependent easily, but with dependent one is forced to go through solicitor booking as this almost impossible to get appointment with dependents.

I have another posting regarding my case as in following link

Thanks
DKS

just fill it in the form and prepare your own cover letter for compelling or compassionate absences as evidence of such is less needed by T1G it is mostly needed for T2 and WP

as far as your earning are regular and good and you have enough savings as maintenance, it will be all ok

If your earning were not as employee and you were director of your own limited company then I suspect that they may do some extra verification to make sure your earning are genuine

Good Luck
