Yews, is the answer...Tina_Eapen wrote: I had Croydon PEO appointment for ILR yesterday with 2 dependents. But still bit confused about the outcome of the appointment. (I will be preparing a detailed post on my experience there, but I am bit confused - so not clear I can put as ILR 'success' story yet)
Mine was straightforward case, probably clearest ILR case. HSMP+Tier-1 last 5 years working for the same company with all docs needed.
After the appointment what I got is 3 letters saying Bio-metric card is on the way. No entry of any sort in Passport. CW didn't even mentioned any thing about success/failure apart from asking me to confirm the address & told will get Bio-metric card in 7 days. First thing the letter says "its NOT a proof of ILR".
I am totally lost!!. Can any one confirm this means I have ILR Now..? I read many posts saying CW confirming ILR outcome etc.
thats great. thanks. (now I will put detailed post on my experience then..Thanks)tahirnaveed wrote:Yews, is the answer...Tina_Eapen wrote: I had Croydon PEO appointment for ILR yesterday with 2 dependents.
