Naric = Masters Degree+mark sheets but no transcript ??

I am going to apply for Naric equivalence letter for my M.Com(Masters in Commerce) distance learning from University of Delhi but I only have the original degree and mark sheets but no transcript.

Is the transcriptabsolutely essential for them or the mark sheets and degree would do? if some one can share some knowledge on it , would be much appreciated???

For some universities, mark sheet and Transcpript is actually the same things.

What NARIC needs is actually they could see the subjects that you have taken and passed during your course.

Do your marksheet clearly state you pass or fail the subjects you took. If so than marksheet will do.
