I want to withdraw my Application

I want to withdraw my Application

Hi,

Me and my Partner applied Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa on 12/12/12 and Biometric taken on 20th February since then I got no reply from UKBA, Now I am thinking to withdraw my application but my partner dont want to withdraw his application, So I want to know that if I withdraw my application will this affect on my Partner application?

Your advice would be highly appreciated

By partner, I assume you mean team member. If one withdraws it should not affect the other if the funds are still available to the remaining member. If your partner was putting up half the money it will be essential to get an affidavit to confirm that, inspite of his withdrawal, he still wishes to finance your application as a third party. If the money was all third party an affidavit from the source confirming that they are happy to continue to fund the venture in light of your partner's withdrawal.
