Post by abc111 » Mon Mar 25, 2013 12:17 am

Hi,

I am struggling to book online peo appointment. Can I use my more than one email address to create different accounts to increase chances on hitting a slot

Thanks.

I do not know. Are you struggling to get appointment with depends? If so, me too.

Yes. It seems to be lot more difficult that I thought!

I am wondering if I could create multiple accounts to increase the chances but as I will have different user names so don't know if that's going to be LEGAL with HO!!

Please experts or someone recently managed to book appointment comment!!

I am booking appointment for 3rd June onward, which is available on PEO appointment calender, not sure if remotness of the date (over six weeks away!)is the cause!!

Thanks.

Appointments are only issued 42 days in advance. So by that rule, I can't see any appointment being available beyond 5th May or so. Try to book your appointment on a date which is Desired Date - 42.

Cheers

Last night, at 10PM, I saw lots of SET (O) appointment for one applicant were available for Solihull, Liverpool and Croydon.

However, none were available when you have dependents.

Did anyone notice? How come so many appointments were up for grab. I am surprised!

Yes, in fact, even this morning, there are quite a lot appointments for non-depdendent applications. There is no appointment for even one dependent.

you can create multiple account with different username but same email address can be used on all of them, I had 2 user name with same email address

you can book individual appointments for each dependent as far as they are for same application type and on same day, they will be all seen in one appointment, it is better then struggling to find appointment with dependent as that is hard to get hold of

calendar shows 90 days i.e. 3 months active to choose from but appointments are only available for 6 weeks i.e. 42 days

If I book my dependant's appointment separately then won't it cost me 2x £1377 (=£2754) as compared to £2066 if dependant was included?!!

Also, will I have to fill out a separate SET O form for my dependant (1 No.)
whether applying in same appointment or different?

Thanks.

it will not cost you extra, it will be same as applying one dependent which is 1377 + 689 I think 2066 and you will use just one form as main applicant + 1 dependent

Many thanks Ali Asad.

If I have my appointment say in the morning and case worker takes my form away then will I have to have another form filled ready for my dependant, who could have her appointment on say a different day (or same day entirely different time!!)?!! Hence I am filling out 2 No. SET O forms?!!

If I manage to book two separate appointments (same day different time or on different days) then how the payment is going to be split? i.e. they will charge me £1377 for my appointment and £689 for dependant (with separate SET O) form?!!

I am getting there please reply.

Many thanks Gurus.

same day, different times, it is going to be same application and you will be charged as main applicant and rest dependent, CW will process whole case at once, not separate and one SET(O)

different days, everyone will be treated as separate applicant 1377 for each one and different SET(O)

Hi alanwong

Can you please confirm if it worked for you when you booked separately for dependants and was single application accepted for you and your dependants? Please confirm as I also booked similar way and want to know before getting there.

I sent an email to applyonlinee-support@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk and was told that they would not accept this any more (from March). They said they made it easier to book appointment, however I could not see it.

So, I can not use those two appointment I book on May'2013.

But, I don't how UKBA manage these as I able to book two individual appointments at 11:40 same day but when I looking for with one dependent there is none.

I don't know what I can do now. Don't want to send a postal application.

Thanks

I was told that they will charge each depdent the main applicant's fee. I think you can still have a go.
