ILR GRANTED ON 04-03-13

Post by doncgeorge1 » Mon Mar 25, 2013 9:57 pm

HI ALL,

I am very glad to post this in this forum. This is a very helpful forum for most immigrants unless they go direct to a solicitor. I recommend solicitors as they can take the pressure out of you. I was on a Work Permit for 5 years as a Senior Care Assistant. I entered UK on 28th March 2008 and I was eligible to apply for ILR on 02-03-13 and I applied for ILR on 04-03-13. I booked appointment in Liverpool PEO and appointment time was 10 am.

9:30 am -Checked in
10 :05 am - Paid fees
10:25 am - Files were submitted to Case Worker
11:10 am - Sent for Bio-metric
12:20 am - Got the letter stating ILR Granted.

Documents submitted :-

1. PASSPORT
2. WORK PERMIT
3. TWO PHOTOGRAPHS ( NAME WRITTEN ON THE BACK )
4. SET O APPLICATION
5. THREE P-60 AND ONE LETTER FROM HMRC FOR YEAR 2009-10
6. LETTER FROM THE EMPLOYER - (Stating I am working full time and my contract hours and they need me in future too. My salary/hour and the same is equal or above codes of practise and the code number also for my job. My holidays were approved by the company )
7. Fifteen Salary Slips - As I am getting paid weekly.
8. Bank Statements for 3 months covering all 15 pay slips and the amounts were highlighted for the easiness of case worker.
9. Life in the UK test result.
10. Tenancy Agreement.
-----------------------------------------
Thanks again. I will be very happy, if this post help anyone. Good luck to all....
