Evidence from UKBA about application in process?

Hello,

My Tier-1 Extension is in process as I had posted the application.

What is the evidence I can give for this to employers in the UK who ask for my working rights here.

Does the UKBA give out any letter for confirming , if asked? If yes, how can I request it.

You could provide your T1G Application Acknowledgement letter, and a copy of the Section 3C rules to your employer to prove that you applied for your extension prior to your former LTR expiry date and that therefore are covered by Section 3C.
