APPLY VISA IN PAKISTAN
i got my visa refuse becoz i apply in the mid of january and the rules change 31 jan and they considered my file in new rule then they call me for interview but they r not satisfy about my busniess PLAN
They give refusel code 245db (f) (i) its mean if the immigration officer os not Satisfy then he have right to not award p oints in appendix a

Now i submit my new file with my business plan and market research or with accountant letter etc...
AGAIN REFUSE
eco comments the nib bank statement you have provided showing your capital and other fund are held in joint names with someone else you have not provided evidence to show that each of u have unlimited and independent access to all funds . i am not satisfied as a result that u have assess to the funds required .
your application has not been considered under section 245db paragraph (f) (i)

When was your Interview held and when did you received the latest decision.

Did you submitted a letter from the joint account holder in the application case file?

Has your brother been granted the entry as you mentioned he is your team member?

Yeh me submit leter from bank where is clrealy mention me and my brother we r a joint account holder and this money is disposible in uk

1) That is fine but the banks letter specifies the account holders, doesn't necessarily announce who has what share and authority over spending that money and in what ratio.

And me mention aswell in application form my team member name

2) That is also fine you have to mention team members name but again that doesn't help in announcing what understanding you both have over money.

Appropriate Methods:
You had to submit a declaration from your brother , similarly in cases of third party and that would have been sufficient for the cause.

Suggestions:
I'm very sorry for your rejections, I will suggest go for a administrative review but there is little hope,

But if you want to resubmit a new application , I guess that will be your third time you submit your application fees, that's a lot , you clearly lack the understanding of the application file's structure (submitting paper's), It is highly recommended that you seek professional help in this regard(i:e Immigration specialist/lawyer)

Its true that joint account holder doesnt need to show anythingelse in order to prove that they have equal,unlimited and independant access to account,legally speaking,but here the problem with ECO,either they have made their own mindset for onething to be dealt with in the way or they are unaware of particular banking law.

In my opinion and understanding,a joint account itself defines an unlimited,equal and an independant access of both account holder.

So to advise you on the issue as raised in your refusal by the ECO,you can straighaway file an administrative review in order to justify your correct position to the effect that you have equal and unlimted access to the account for being a joint account holder.Further,there is no bar to strengthen your stand against the issue by furnishing fresh(if you have not already provided one)declaration of both joint account holder to declare that each of you do have equal,unlimted and independant access to the account and investment therefrom in the UK.

I think this will help and if you wish to make a fresh application,its upto you but you have to pay the visafee in full and secondly you still need to address the reasons in fresh application of your previous refusal with proof.

I would advise to provide fresh statment to show your available investment funds +maintenance funds,it means if they are old a week or 10 days,no problem but they would reflect better your financial cirucmstances.

And when you are saying that funds available,then I dont think there will be any problem to you if you get fresh one rather than to rely on validity of bank statment in the UK for 3 months or 31days.
