Interesting Accommodation Question?

Post by decentkhuu » Sun Mar 31, 2013 6:23 pm

me , my wife and son currently live in one bedroom flat which may not suitable for 3 people for the purpose of the immigration application. My wife is going to submit her FLR M next week.(before 06/04)

I have a following IDEA:
we are going to make a new tenancy agreement with new landlord (or a estate agency) saying we will move in the new house in month time. Interestingly, in the FLR M form it asked where do you and your sponsor PLAN live in UK and how many bedrooms blah blah... It clearly doesnt ask our current house where we live now. It asks the place where we plan to live. see Section 7C of FLR M form page 27. So we fill the accommodation questions with new house details rather than current flat and send my wifes's FLR M with 2 tenancy agreement and cover letter. And we will move in the new house in month time and let the UKBA know our new address.

does this really work or not? Still not sure. OR we have to be in the house when we send the FLR M?

any advice please

thank you very much
