I have very important question now
About my ror

1. Am getting my apsolute next month
And my ex still Woking till to day
What is giving me consign is this
We get
Married 05.07.09
She start work in August-09 just one month
Then start another one September-09-October 09
Then new company November- December 09
But the company she work in September- October 09
Close down don't pay her money but give payslip
And she happly housing benefit and jsa in January 10
With another address and they pay her and
They now send letter to my address that she happly
For all this thing and they ask her to pay back part
Of the money she is paying it till now not finish it
And she start another jobs in April 10 till
To day

2 what I just want to know is if is not going to afect me
When I happly for ror because I want to summit
All her document from 09-till decree apsolute
Because incase of next year if I want to apply
For pr I may not hv access to her document
That why I want to summit so much document
Likes that pls then can I pay that remain money for
Her incase because I don't no if it will afect me pls

If you sent all documents now for ROR,then it does not mean that you are exempt or not require to sent it again at the time of PR.
At the time of PR you have to be sent it again as per requirement of EEA4 application.

Gap is not going to afect me if I want to
Apply for ror because she did not work
For January- febuary- march she claim
Housing benefit- jsa I just want to know
If all those gap is not going to be big issued
For me when I want to happly for ror

well you will need to cover all gaps, and show that she was working or genuinely seeking work during these relevant time.

This will be more relevant for PR than Retention of residence.

Credibility is key, therefore you have to make sure everything is over board.

I think they say some one is allow to go out
Of country but no more than six month
If I put it that she is out of the country
That time is he going to be k or

If I even want to used the housing benefit
Document with the jsa document I need
To make sure I give her the remaining money

During those three month me and her not working
I am still Expeting my document then
From home office then and they issued my
Rc on 10.03.10,I or so start work in April 10
I thinks the best things for me is to used it
And just make sure I give her the balance to

I need some help about ROR.
Came to uk in aug 2008 on study visa.
got married in feb 2010.
Received RC in May 2010.
now we r going for divorce and i want to apply for ROR. I want to know do i need to show to HO that i am working or self employed as well while appying for ROR or its just my EU spouse??? and if i get ROR then would it be again separate 5years residence card or can i apply for PR after 2years because i already lived together 3 years with EU spouse?? And whenever i apply for PR do i need my EU spouse original documents again means passport, payslips etc??? if yes then how would i get these documents back from my eu partner??? if she goes to some other city or dont give me any of his original documents then would i not be able to get my PR???? please answer this questions....
