Can u or any one else plz give ur valued response regarding the time spend outside of uk which is 18 months in 10 years long residency, if some one exceed that limit just for example one or two months .

for example some one spend 20 months out of U.K within last 10 years and he is due to apply on 15 April 2013 ( just for example ).

Can he stay another 2 months until 15 June before he apply for ILR to cover that 2 months which were over 18 months allowed period to qualify ?

OR he is disqualified for 10 years long residency as he spend over 18 months in last 10 years and his whole last 10 years period is wasted ?

It doesn't work like that. It depends on when he was absent from the UK. If the 2 month absence period you refer to was around the first 2 months of his 10 year residence period, then yes he may be able to delay his application by the same time period, in order for those absences not to be counted as within his 10 year residence - but not otherwise.

First things first, he would need to list his absences during the 10 year residence period and understand when he would satisfy the absence threshold for long residence applicants. If the first couple of months of absences were later on during his residence period, then he would have to consider his ILR residence period to begin after those 2 months of absence.
