Cooling off period query -urgent

Hi,

I was working in UK as T2 long term ICT and has left UK to return India in Oct 2012. My Visa was expired in Feb 2013. As I have understood, I cant apply T2 visa again before Oct 2013. Now I am going to UK again as T2 dependent in April 2013 to join spouse and will return in May 2013.
Does it have any impact like the cooling period would start from date of return of my trip on dependent visa or it would still considered from OCT 2012 ... It's pretty confusing... Please help on this.

Cooling off periods are not relevant to PBS dependant applications.
