Initial HSMP + TIER1( under HSMP JR) + possible extension

Thank you for posting the your details PSK. I was looking how far ahead were they extending after the current validity runs out (approx 45 days in your case).

My case in short

HSMP Entry Clearance 5th september 2006(2 years)
Arrived in the UK on 6th October 2006
Tier1 validity till 5th September 2011(3 years)

Could have been the cause of the worst heartache for the sake of a couple of days for me in the UK, if I have not found this thread in time(both in terms of money and paperwork)

(Only just found this thread.Will now have to decide whether to send the passports for correction or apply directly for ILR using SET-O)

I really thank all the members who have posted their experiences here.

Sent passport for extension on 15th Aug 1 main + 2 dependants
Received by UKBA on 16th Aug 2011
Got back extended passports 31 Aug 2011
Extended VISA till Oct 6th 2011 on all passports

I am on HSMP Judicial Review (under before 6th November 2006)
I got stamped on 21st May 2008. (2 years i.e. 21-05-2008 to 21-05-2010)
I travelled to UK on 31st Aug 2008.
I got first extension from 21-05-2010 to 21-05-2013. Here my question is I am short fall for ILR for the period of 3months 10days (i.e. 100 days) to fulfil 5 years continuation stay for the ILR.
So, Do I need to go for another extension or under HSMP judicial review 2008, are they going to give the sufficient leave up to ILR.
Please post your suggestions.
