urgent Tier2 onlie dependant Spouse documents!!!

Hi Gurus,
I am applying for my wife as my dependant at the same time as I am extending my Tier2 in the UK.
In the documents for Evidence of Relationship (evidence of address of this dependant) they have asked for TWO document out FIVE).

1.Bank statement SHE CAN PROVIDE THIS FROM TWO DIFFERENT BANKS
2.Credit Card Statement SHE HAS NOT ANY CREDIT CARD
3.Driving Licence SHE HASNOT GOT
4.Letter from university college SHE IS NOT ATTENDING ANY UNIVERSITY
5.NHS registration card dated not more than one month before the date of submission SHE HAS NHS CARD STATING CURRENT ADDRESS BUT OBVIOUSLY IT IS DATED TO MORE THAT ONE MONTH ( WE ARE AT THIS ADDRESS FOR MORE THAN TWO YEARS NOW)

any advise on this please help if you aware of this or has been in the same situation.

The information you are citing (paras 100 et al) is with regard to children (over the age of 16) of PBS migrants. Nothing to do with your wife!

it is not. I have no children over the age of 18. all my children are less than 10.
these are documents asked after checking online application to be provided for my wife! Can I provide other documents like council tax bill water bill stating my wife's name and our address?

Could you please let me know for an extension on Tier2 what supporting documents apart from BRP and Passports and travel documents she need to provide as a proof of relationship and sharing same address which acceptable.
She is my dependant on Tier2 general since June 2010 as Spouse and we provided marriage certificate in our first application.
I appreciate any advice.

You can call NHS and re-request the letter/card- should arrive in couple of days 2nd Class or you can collect from them same day.

I required this for my wife's visa.

If you apply online they will tell you all the documents required.

I believe they will be Marriage Certificate, Evidence of Previous Name if surname changed and 2 Proof of address apart from the bank statement either yours/hers!

No you cannot - only provide documents that are valid and mention above in this post you mentioned.

They do not accept council tax, electricity etc
