Kim. Could you please share the reasons of refusal and I am sure that they are giving tough time to Third party funding applicants. Have you arranged the funding by any of your relatives? Dis they ask questions about 3rd party. I mean why is he giving you this much amount.

So sorry to hear this but could you tell what reason they gave u for refusal?

"reason that he is not satisfied with my understanding of the market and pointed that you have not shown any market research, also customer analysis is not taken in account, this show s your lack of ability to run a business, I doubt that your intend to travel to UK is not to establish or taking over business or businesses, on grounds above I refuse your application on this occasions".

Based on the above under Para's of 245DB (b), (f)(i) he said that I doubt that you will invest the 200k and am not awarding the access to 200K access points(Hence 25 points deducted, resulting in refused on not scoring these said points)
