Hi ,
I am a Residence card holder(non EEA) working, and my wife(EEA) is a full time student, not working , can I claim Working tax credit?will it effect my PR application which is due in 4 years from now.

As your wife is exercising treaty rights, you're not subject to immigration control and have the right to reside. In turn you can claim benefits. Tax credits must be a joint claim if you're part of a couple.
