Tier 1 G - Self Employment Earning Assesment

Hi Friends,

I will be filling my Tier 1 G Xtension soon.

I will be showing UK employment salary slips

And

UK Self employment earning

I have few transaction from my Bank account where I have paid to my friends for helping them out on various things.

As I am also employed so I generally have helped them with my self employed earning and it is genuine case

But now solicitor saying that UKBA may see this as money rolling for showing self employment !!!!

I am just wondering - can UKBA just tell you anything! without even proper evidence?
I am earning my money how I use it doe sit matter?

Expect very suspicious scrutiny of your paperwork!

I have now read through the case - now for me

A. I do have contract letters.

B. I am an IT consultant and was preparing the Website so I can show the website as a proof of my work.

C. They can always contact the company for which I did the job.

But for me it is different thing that the solicitor is saying -

For example I have earned 8K as self employed earning

Then I have given 3K to Friend 1 and 5K to Friend 2 as they needed it!

And the solicitor saying this may be looked at as money rolling by UKBA!

Now - I am ready to ask them feel free to investigate - but is this something you expect really!
