Income Calculation

Post by zhassan » Tue Mar 27, 2007 10:17 pm

Hi Folks,
Is the income calculation includes base (salary+superannuation+Family Tax benefits). Here in Australia income includes all these three factors.
Of course I am paying Tax as well, superannuation is the contribution paid to old age benefits and FTB are paid by Federal Government to every family based on their annual income.

Any infomation regarding this issue is highly appreciated please.

I do not know whether this is aplicable in Australia. But if you are working in the UK, they require that the income must be declared on the pay slip and taxable.

i agree with pantaiema as long as it is shown in salary slips it is fine, but if it is not shown in salary slips, HO will not accept, whether u earn or not doesn't matter.

If u want to get HSMP approval keep ur aplication straight and simple. If u bring such things as benefits not shown in salary, this will only add to the confusion of ur app getting approval.
