Can anyone advise if this is a decision? the fact that is recorded delivery is getting a bit worried.
Yes its mostly likely,If the decision wasnt made they would have told you on the phone. They send documents back by recorded delivery and they send the BRP card by Dx courier... Good luck hun.....

- First application sbumitted in March 2012 but returned because the wrong form was used.
- Correct form submitted: May 5, 2012 and received by ukba May 8 2012

Thank u all for ur good wishes. I really hope it is a good news though I am not keepin my hopes too high. My application is based on my british daughter who I have to with in order for the mum to go to work. They do not consider me as a sole carer so I am very worried there.lenn83 wrote:CONGRATULATION !! What sort of family members have you got living here?kayslay wrote:I am wondering if you can help me, I have been viewing this forum for awhile and just got the courage to send a message.
I applied for Leave to remain under human rights A8, as I came here when I was 16 and have lived here 11 years.
Date applied: 3rd April 2012
Acknowledgment Letter: 12th April 2012
Biometric done: 3rd May 2012
Chased wit MP : 12th January 2013
Decison: Refusal 2nd April 2013
I just want to know what are my options regarding this, or what steps can I take because I have no children and my family are all in America, Cananda and here. I do have a partner who is on 3 years he got it off his daughter who is British, we have been living together for a number of years now.
Also if I appeal will it be allowed under the new rules?
Please any advice would be appreciated.
