ILR and one more extension

Hi,

I have a query regarding our ILR Application (Mine and My spouse).
My first Entry Clearance was on August 14th, 2013. I am becoming elgible to apply ILR on July 18th, 2013. (About 28 Days before Current Visa Valid Date).

Now, I would like to apply extension of Tier1 (for me only) just for the only reason that I am an IT contractor and the chances of getting new projects
/IT contracts if there is significant validity on my Visa.

Then after my elgibilty i.e after about three months (After July 18th) I would like to apply for ILR for me and my wife together.

does the extra visa extension on my passport would impact ILR application later for me or my spouse? Or is it doesnt matter because we are eligible for ILR after mid July?

Could you kindly advise.

To start with, your EC date is not right.
Extension shouldn't have any affect on your ILR. You can go for an extension now if can claim required points and then apply for ILR when eligible in July.

Yes you are right EC was on 14 Aug 2008.
