Hi Guys

My partner has "recently" attended a interview in Manchester. I thought lets update you guys. It was conducted by ukba official. so all the rumours about the panel interview or consultant conducting interview were wrong. it was only one person, they have got standard 65 questioner, and interview lasted for one hour. Interview questions were abt the immigiration history, educational background, market research done, business proposal, what are you doing now, what r the prospects for business success? what r your contingency plans. who is ur partner his educational background, how do u know him etc what is the partnership share? guys i suggest you should take all necessary documentation, like well worked business plan, latest bank statement of your business, any thing related to your business. it all depends where your caseworker calls you for interview like in manchester, sheffield, croydon, hounslow.

Did you ask him for the outcome at end of interview? Another guy posted in this forum that his friend was told at end of interview that "You are not a genuine entrepreneur, and we are refusing your case"

No at the end of interview he was very nice to him, he told him that if you got ne question, he asked him what will happen next? he replied that he will forward all the paper work to the caseworker, he has taken the bank statement and proposal from him . and it will upto caseworker what to do next.
