(1) Does the 6 Month Temp Stamp 4 Issue ... Does it Counts Or The Time Starts when the 5 Years Letter is Been Issued ?

It is a Bg Confusion for me ... Please Good Advises Needed...

You should start applying now if you meet the residency requirements which is residing in Ireland for 5 years and a continuous residence of one year prior to the date of your application. Which amounts a total of 5 years

Yes it counts!. The first day of your reisdence in Ireland is reognised from the day that 6 months Stamp 4 was issued to you.

Before I'll answer that question, I'd like to know the date the stamp 4 was issued to you and if you have been residing in Ireland since then? Has there been any gap on your stamp/s?

It will take between 6 months and one year if your case is straight forward.

Visit "Citizenship Timeline tracker 2013" thread for more info.
You could also pose questions in regards to naturalisation in "Naturalisation Questions" thread. Best of luck

MY Approval Letter for Six Months I got was on 2nd May 2008 so it means the 5 yrs period will finish on 2nd May 2013 ...

As i got 5 years EUFAM4 Visa Approval ... so I got continours 5 years visa in One Go !! so ive only been out of country on holidays for a month or so ... in that case as i got 5 years visa all together so i dont think i would b having any gaps bec i got 5yrs stamp in one Go !!

You can check the residency calculator to be sure of when to apply.

Thats what I need to know as a confirmation.

In regards to your question about if you can apply after next month, the answer is YES. You meet the residency requirements for naturalisation application.

Note: You explained about going on holidays. It doesn't matter if you have been to various holidays over the 5 year period because you were a residence at the time of those holidays, what matters is the gaps in the STAMPS which you dont have!.

Best of luck with your application.
