work permit for Canadian taveling in Spain

I'm Canadian, planing to go to Spain and I'd like to buy a restoran for business. For begining I'd like to work at any restorans to get same experience. Can I get work there, if I came like turist to Spain, if not ,what I have to do to get temporal work permit?

Please describe a little more about yourself. How old are you? Where do your parents or grandparents come from? Why do you want to go to Spain specifically? Do you speak spanish?

Can you explain what a "restoran" is?
In a few years time we'll look back on immigration control like we look back on American prohibition in the thirties - futile and counter-productive.
