Can I reapply/appeal??? Help please!!

Can I reapply/appeal??? Help please!!

I have applied for entrepreneur visa and was previously on post study work permit which was due to expire in October 2013! My query is if I case my application gets rejected can I reapply or appeal???

You can only re-apply because your leave to remain is still valid.

Reapplying is possible, subject to 245DD.
Appealing is possible, if you made a valid in-time application, subject to a right of appeal.

However, note that you cannot reapply and appeal at the same time, if you are in the UK.
