Hi Pepper,
Thanks for sharing your stories. We're actually on the same page as I received my Biometric on the 06/03/13 (date 28/02/13), and enrolled on the 07/03/13 too.
I applied an extension after 3 years DLR though, what about yours?
Really really hope we don't have to wait any longer!!

Hiya, I applied for a dlr extension as well however my circumstance changed my husband left and has been trying to get me deported so its been a bit of a task. I just want to know the outcome so I can get on with my life

Have you had any children during your time together ?
If no then your circumstances did change and that would be a problem . coz your stay is based on the marriage to your husband .

Hey Lenn83, I sent my biometrics 2 days after yours. :D
Hi Rec,
I enrolled my Bio in March though :-) I rang UKBA twice and same answer as " We won't be able to access an application which applied less than 6 months". But I do hope ALL OF US will hear a good news soon !!

Hiya,

Yes we have a 5 year old daughter who lives with me. She goes to see every other day. I applied for a contact order when he left and I sent that to Ukba with my application

You know what, I wish us all luck, maybe that dispatches programme will change things for us, it's horrible being in limbo. I emailed Teresa May yesterday and I'm going to make a complaint to the ombudsman. They regulate the Ukba and maybe I'll get a waiting end date.

Fingers crossed it works for all of us

My application is based on my kids ive got 4 kids 2 of them is british citizen ive got a son whose gona be 10 in august so therefore he's entitle to register as british citizen, but he's also on my dlr extension application and my other child is 1 year old. so im thinking by the time ukba sent back the visa for my son he probably wont need it anymore because wen he reaches 10 im going to fill in the t form to register him as british citizen. All my kids was born here i came to uk at the age of 14.

I called UKBA regarding my application for DLR extension based on human rights.
The lady said my application is still in progress and that all future progress should be through my MP. This she explained further that since i have asked my MP to intervene i have to go through her for progress. But anyway i called my MP and i was informed that i will get a response within the next 2 weeks.

With the implementation of the new interim, I am hoping 2013 applicants won't have to wait for a long time, as well as 2012 applicants because we all paid £561 and it's such a rip off considering the poor service you guys got.
