Tier 2 questions help plz

Hello

I need some advice on UK dependent visa. I am currently in UK on Tier 2 ICT VIsa. I received another job offer and in order to take that up I want to switch to Tier 2 dependent visa on my husband. My husband is also on a Tier 2 ICT long term visa, which expires in Jan, 2014.

My queries are as follows:

1. Can I initiate my dependent visa on my own, or is it mandatory for my husband's company to initiate it ? My husband doesn't want to get it done through his company, so I would want to avoid that.

2. Since my husband is already in UK, my application will be separate and not with the main applicant. Is there an impact in terms of probability of getting the visa ?

3. Which form do I need to use ? Is it VAF10 ?

4. If I initiate the visa process, is there any document needed from my husband's Company ? We both have our bank statements to show maintenance requirements, is that sufficient ?

5. Will I get the visa till his visa is valid, ie, Jan, 2014 ?

6. After I get the dependent visa, If my husband goes back to India, can I still work till my visa is eligible?

7. After I resign and my termination of employment in UK on T2 ICT, till how many days can I stay in UK ?

8. As you understand I will quit my job, go back to India, get a dependent visa and then come back to UK for the new job. Do you foresee any risks associated with this proposition ?

9. How much would be the processing time for getting my visa processed in Delhi, India ?
