Fast track FLR (HSMP)?

Hello does anyone know if FLR (HSMP) application can be fast tracked?

If you have applied/sent your appli pack to HSMP team, then you can send a fax an urgent treatment form advising them of the need to process your application asap giving details of the reason/s why you need to fast track the processing --- you have to wait for the reference number from them before you can send the urgent treatment form...
