Tier 2 Extension

I'm in the processes of applying for my Tier 2 extension, I have a query about unrestricted COS, where they ask the following question;

Have you met the
resident labour
market test?*

Give details of the
resident labour
market test including
where and when the
post was advertised
and reference
number(s) for
mandatory advertising*

Can someone please guide me, with the appropriate answers for above questions.

Agree!

You would also say,

Resident Labour Marked Test is not needed because the immigrant is applying for leave to remain so as to continue work in the same occupation for the same sponsor

Be careful to make sure whether you meet the higher salary of the specified SOC code

I'm going to extend my visa under SOC code 2421 Chartered and certified accountants
The requirement for experience worker is £23,600 and my salary is just above that limit.

Is there any thing else I need to be careful with my visa extension.?
