change emloyment waiting for Tier 2 result

Hi All,

I am still waiting for Tier 2 application result under my current emloyer. But I had an new job offer which is much better than my current job. As we all know that, home office normally might take ages to process this application. But I dont want to withdrawl my current Tier 2 application, as I have already paid the visa application fee by myself. And I have no idea about the new emloyers' HR, just in case, they are very crap. If i wait for my current Tier 2 application, at least, i should have the Tier 2 visa if everything is going alrite.

I am just wondering, is there any possibility to ask the new emloyer to issue the COS to me before I get my current Tier 2 visa result. Is it Ok to have 2 COS at same time?

If you have given your personal details to a prospective sponsor and that sponsor assigns a certificate of sponsorship to you, then no other sponsor can assign a certificate of sponsorship to you during the time the certificate gives you permission to come or stay. So it is very important that you only give your personal details to a sponsor you intend to work for.
